BAA INTERN
Reports to: Assistant Buyer
Collaborates with: Buying Manager, Garment Tech, Production Manager, Wholesale
Distribution, Design & Social
Primary Location: Office in Camden (3 days / 2 days homeworking)
Job Purpose: To support the assistant buyer on Basic Pleasure Mode.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sample management to include development samples, fit samples and production
samples. Chasing these through and ensuring rails are tidy and organised.
When post arrives, organise and support the AB on any lab dips/bulks, trims, print and sample requests across development stages.
Raise Purchase Orders for confirmed orders and maintain and amend where required.
Support Garment Tech and AB in prioritising for fit meetings, filling out the fit list and typing comments.
Assist the AB in preparing for meetings/ up and coming collections, compiling shop
reports.
Support AB chasing samples for meetings/photoshoots/ Wholesale customers.
Sending GS samples to wholesale customers and logging these.
Provide general support to the wider buying and design team with admin related tasks.
Proactive in Market research across trends and direct competitors
Support wholesale in the selling period, by creating line lists to sell from, changing hangers, steaming product and adding stickers.
Supporting the AB on Licence process, sending samples.
Managing post.

Excellent administration skills including Excel.
Good time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Commercial awareness and a keen interest in the fashion retail industry.
Good problem-solving ability.
