Please note: Anything purchased online from the 21st November - 25th December can be returned up until 22nd January. All purchases made from 26th December onwards will apply our normal 28 day returns policy.
Thank you for shopping at Basic Pleasure Mode. We endeavour to do all that we can
to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the
item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 21 days from
receipt of your parcel, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
Please note, we are unable to accept refunds after this period. Once items
are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund after a quality inspection.
How to return
Unfortunately, returns are not free at this time so customers will be liable to return their order at their own cost.

All of our items are subject to strict inspections, however should you find a fault
with your item, please contact us at hello@basicpleasuremode.com before returning your order.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in
original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be
free from signs of wear and odour.
Please note we are not able to refund shipping costs (unless the goods are faulty)
and all returns are subject to a returns shipping fee which will be deducted
from your refund amount.
Once your return is received it will go through an inspection. We will notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note, once the parcel has been
delivered to our warehouse, it can take a few days for it to be inspected depending
on the current pressure on the staff. Please note you will only be notified
regarding the arrival of your return once your refund has been approved or
rejected, not when it has arrived at our warehouse.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically
go back to your original method of payment. It usually takes banks 3-5 working days
to send the money back, though this can take up to 10 – this is out of our control
sorry!
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
Late or missing refunds
We process returns within 10 days of receiving them unless we need more information
from you. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g.,
holidays, sale and new releases).
